Took 10 months as have been lucky with tyres but woke up to a complete flat this morning, April 2025. Not just a puncture. Called mobile service and they were here before they said the would make it and new tyre was on board within 10 mins. As I said not quite F1 pit crew standard but not bad at all. Absolute thieves. Partner had 2 punctures and dropped off by recovery. Laughed at her provided her no proof of the tyre cost and charged her £100 per tyre for budget options. Absolute definition of the type of guys giving mechanics a bad name.
Edit for response. No absolutely nothing was confirmed upfront and zero paperwork was provided. This garage clearly lie. Yes discount to £180 was provided after my partner had to get another person to argue on her behalf. You think it’s acceptable to laugh at women in difficult situations. Disgusting service and would never return.
