Had a new tyre fitted yesterday during a suspension check at a local garage but within hours was showing it had a puncture. It was my dads 80th birthday so had no time to fix it. At 3am I couldn't sleep so got up and drove across to Dr Tyre and a lovely guy checked it for me and confirmed the issue was with the valve and not the tyre. It was fixed and I was home and back in bed by 4.15am. I would definitely recommend and I will be using again.Took 10 months as have been lucky with tyres but woke up to a complete flat this morning, April 2025. Not just a puncture. Called mobile service and they were here before they said the would make it and new tyre was on board within 10 mins. As I said not quite F1 pit crew standard but not bad at all. As impressed as first time.

really quick call out time especially on easter sunday was told 45 min wait and the guy was out in 25/30 minx which i was really happy about after a tyre blow out after hitting a pothole. however received a quote over the phone which i was happy with but when the guy came out he told me a different price (higher) which i did question however he persisted with the higher price and it was a bit too late to change my mind as the tyre had already been changed so a bit disappointed at that. i can appreciate out of hours and it being a bank holiday weekend the prices can be higher but was quite shocked at the increase in price to what i was quoted over the phone. despite that i am happy with the service and would use again if ever needed.

Fantastic came out late at night and quickly and quietly fitted a new tyre. Everyone i dealt with was professional and helpful. And it wasn't expensive for a normal day time mobile tyre fitting yet alone one at nearly midnight.Update 2025 I'm apparently hard on tired. Total flat on a bank holiday Fri . Phoned and got an immediate response . Clear time line and cost for a repair and new tire provided. Fitter came at time agreed and I'm back to the road. Could not recommend highly enough

To respond again. You had no discussion and produced no options for different tyre prices. They were burst yes. But no consultation with the customer on what option. Furthermore the balancing and alignment was completely off and had to go to another garage to get it sorted after your unprofessional service. Seriously dodgy business.Absolute thieves. Partner had 2 punctures and dropped off by recovery. Laughed at her provided her no proof of the tyre cost and charged her £100 per tyre for budget options. Absolute definition of the type of guys giving mechanics a bad name.Edit for response. No absolutely nothing was confirmed upfront and zero paperwork was provided. This garage clearly lie. Yes discount to £180 was provided after my partner had to get another person to argue on her behalf. You think it’s acceptable to laugh at women in difficult situations. Disgusting service and would never return.
